Our Mission
The Alliance for Healthcare Excellence is an association of health industry leaders working together to improve our nation's health care system. Members include health care providers, health care payors, employers who
sponsor health plans, and health care consumers. The Alliance promotes access to quality, affordable health care through education, networking, cooperation, and collaboration. We believe that improvements in our health care system can best be achieved by bringing together all the participants to facilitate understanding and pursue mutually acceptable solutions to the complex health care issues our communities face.

Announcing the 2011 Alliance for Healthcare Excellence Scholarship Recipients
Each year the Alliance for Healthcare Excellence awards scholarships to two deserving high school seniors who plan to pursue careers in the healthcare field. In addition to the scholarship amount awarded by the Alliance for Healthcare Excellence membership, an additional $5,000 in scholarship funds was donated in memory of Nancy Mecodangelo. Nancy was an active member of the Dallas healthcare community and a former President of the Alliance for Healthcare Excellence.
We are pleased to announce this year's recipients of the Alliance for Healthcare Excellence Scholarship. Both are graduates of Dallas ISD's Townview School for Health Professions and excelled in their high school career. Please join us in honoring:
